Heating and Filter Maintenance
Procedures Include:
- Premium High Efficiency Pleated Filters replaced monthly (up to 2 filters per system)
- Bi-Annual Procedure: Inspect Cooling Coil (Clean at discounted rate if necessary
- Inspect Primary & Secondary Drains
- Clean & Test Condensate Drains
- Inspect Blower Components; clean and/or adjust as necessary
- Lubricate All Moving Parts (where applicable)
- Inspect & Tighten All Loose Electrical Connections
- Monitor A/C Operating Pressures for Proper Refrigerant Charge
- Apply Protective Coating to Outside Unit • Adjust gas Pressure as Necessary
- Inspect Pilot Operation; adjust as necessary • Monitor Flue Draft for Safe Operation
- Inspect & Test Safety Controls • Inspect Heater Anticipations Settings
- Inspect Condenser Coil; rinse with water as necessary
- Inspect Thermostat Operations • Inspect for Cracked Heat Exchanger
- Adjust Air Flow for Proper Temperature Rise • Inspect Heat Exchanger & Burners; Vacuum and/or adjust as necessary
